When Can I Expect to receive my package?

We offer First Class Shipping and Priority Mail to Domestic customers via USPS​

PROCESSING/SHIPPING:

Step 1: Place your order
Step 2: Allow us 3-4 days for PROCESSING (we process Mon-Fri)
Step 3: Your order will be shipped and delivered in the selected timeframe (we ship Mon-Thurs except during holidays)

***Due to Global Shipping Delays shipping/delivery delays can exceed 5 days***

STANDARD: 1st Class USPS 3-7 business days from ship date, not order date.
PRIORITY: 2-4 business days from ship date, not order date.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Our items are handcrafted and made to order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not do returns or exchanges unless an incorrect item is received. If an incorrect item is received please email touchedbytouch@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving delivery along with:

• Full Name

• Order #

• Picture of invoice

• Picture of personalized note

• Picture of your full order

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGES:

Orders are shipped through USPS and it is no longer our responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are dropped off. ALL claims must be filed through USPS.
